MIC's assignments are carried out for public institutions (ministries of health, national agencies), United Nations agencies (UNAIDS, UNICEF, WHO), international donors (Global Fund, European Union, World Bank), and civil society organizations, at both national and regional levels. The firm also works with technical partners and multi-stakeholder coordination platforms in the field of public health.
MIC adopts a reasoned and contextual approach to digital innovation. Digital tools and artificial intelligence are used to support decision-making and governance, always taking into account institutional capacities, available resources, and operational realities. The aim is not to impose standardized technological solutions, but to strengthen stakeholders' ability to use data and digital tools in a relevant and ethical manner, adapted to their context.
Yes, each assignment is designed according to the specific context, the stakeholders involved, and the existing room for maneuver. MIC intervenes precisely when standardized responses are no longer sufficient and a strategic, human, and systemic perspective is required. The firm favors a tailored approach that integrates institutional analysis, political dynamics, evidence, and lived experiences of the concerned communities. This approach enables the provision of realistic solutions rooted in field realities.
Human rights are a cross-cutting theme in MIC's approach. The firm ensures that health policies and strategies are aligned with international human rights standards and recommendations, gender equity, and the participation of affected populations. This approach is reflected in support for multi-stakeholder coordination mechanisms, the integration of lived experiences in decision-making processes, and the analysis of structural barriers that limit access to health services for vulnerable and marginalized populations.
